Services
Vinician supports SMS check-ins, medication and routine reminders, adherence logs, engagement dashboards, survey collection, and program administration. Vinician is a software operations tool and does not provide diagnosis, emergency response, or automated treatment recommendations.
Authorized Use
Clients are responsible for obtaining required patient consents, configuring reminders accurately, training authorized staff, and using exported or displayed information according to their own policies and applicable law.
Business Associate Agreement
A BAA is required before real patient data is entered.
Not An Emergency Service
Vinician is not an emergency service. Clients remain responsible for their own patient communication procedures and emergency protocols.
Intellectual Property
Vinician inc. owns the intellectual property in Vinician. Clients receive a limited license to use the platform during the term of their agreement.
Restrictions on Use
Access to the platform, including any account, login, dashboard, screen, workflow, automation, data flow, or underlying code that a client or user is able to view or interact with, is granted solely for the client's own intended use of Vinician as described in these Terms and the client's agreement. Clients and users may not use, copy, reproduce, replicate, reverse engineer, extract, or otherwise reuse any workflow, automation, data flow, process design, or code observed through the platform for any other product, service, or purpose, whether for their own benefit or that of any third party. This restriction applies regardless of whether the workflow, data flow, or code is explicitly marked as confidential.
Limitation Of Liability
Vinician inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
